I have also had it since late November and couldn't be happier. The ISP ($10/mo) is actually cheaper than my previous one, the speed is excellent (unless the site is busy) and I was able to get rid of a second phone line (that I was using with a 56kb modem).

I have had one slow day, and when I called there is a special toll free number that gives the network status, and they were having problems in my area (Houston, TX). I have had no problems with my existing phone line for voice. I couldn't be happier.
