I'm not saying they are the only ones with problems, i'm just saying that my experiences with them have been horrible. Something was shipped from my brother to me, I open it and the contents are smashed. DESPITE!!!! the fact that It was in plain english written all over the box it was fragile. And of course it was my fault....I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it happened again. It will NEVER happen again, trust me.
