I agree that it looks bad at the moment with lawsuits and all. The fact remains that this is a society where we need credit cards and providian does very well at the game. The attorneys are on the band wagon because PVN has money.
I hate to bring up another company but I will just to give you some indication. NETA, they were down to $4.00 a share only had one firm sue them because there wasn't enough money there. Their stock is now at the $20.00 level. The more money involved the more attorneys flock like vultures to a dead body. It isn't my intention to insult attorneys. Just saying attorneys would only sue (invest their time) if the profit was there. We (you and I) can buy now and get the profit when the stock goes back up to $50 like the other CC Companies.
