If you own BRCM stock, I hope you are checking out this information that I have been posting. I have tried calling the company several times to ask questions. Two observations: (1) Thus far, despite having made at least 10 calls to this company, I have not been able to speak to anyone except the receptionist...only voicemails. (2) I am trying to get the name of their independant accounting auditor since last week, and have not been able to discover who that is whether through calls to BRCM or on the internet.


(3) I have spoken to at least 3 different receptionists, and none of them know whether the auditor is Arthur Anderson or some other company. I have tried to pull up a lot of information on the company on the internet, and BRCM has pulled a lot of it. I wonder if this has anything to do the class-action lawsuit filed against BRCM and many of its officers for selling stock.... see http://www.ocregister.com/science/tech/broadcomcci.shtml
