According to www.smartmoney.com, the following companies were involved in Enron’s offshore partnerships as limited partners: CHASE Capital, GE Capital, J. P. MORGAN Capital, MERRILL LYNCH, AON, CSFB (First Boston), MORGAN STANLEY, FIRST UNION investors, AIG, LEHMAN BROTHERS, WACHOVIA BANK and CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON and many others.

Smart Money is in possession of meeting documents showing the above participants and that, further, state that “Investments (in the Enron partnerships) are dilutive to Enron’s current EPS (earnings per share).” and “Investments (in Enron partnerships) are dilutive to credit rating ratios.”

LET ME UNDERSTAND THIS...Most of these companies (above) have bought or sold stock for their customers, or recommended the purchase of, or held securities in Enron, in trust or as part of a mutual fund, and EACH AND EVERY OF THE ABOVE COMPANIES PARTICIPATED IN PARTNERSHIPS THAT DILUTED THE VALUE OF ENRON’S STOCK. This appears to be criminal to me. Each and every company that participated in these partnerships should be made responsible in making investors whole. PLEASE, WRITE YOUR SENATORS NOW. THE PEOPLE OF AMERICAN NEED TO KNOW.
