FBR Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.05 per Share Payable January 31, 2007

Ramsey Group, Inc. (FBR ) today announced that its Board of Directors has
declared a dividend of $0.05 per share for the fourth quarter of 2006. The
dividend will be payable on January 31, 2007 to shareholders of record on
December 29, 2006 (ex-dividend date of December 27, 2006).
